Return Process

  Select the eligible items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our online return portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once processed, your refund will be issued as Zulily store credit minus shipping fees.
